On this screen you can see how the system will remind you of events that are upcoming. If you need to remember or remind a customer of a service appointment that is coming up you can enter that information into the system and it will show on your schedule.

When a customer brings a boat into the service department the system will track all of the labor on that ticket and whether it is a warranty item. You have the same pricing and customer payment options as you do for the Point of Sale area. You also have the option to print multiple tickets or bill groups of tickets together.

In addition you can order products for a customer from your vendors and the order will be flagged with the customer information to allow you to know what service ticket to pull up when the parts arrive..
