In this area the system will allow you to one click and get a list of the already created document templates from your library and from there you can simply click and choose the document. After you have chosen the document you can customize that document with a word or two or a complete paragraph. After you have customized the document you then update the letter with the clients details.

After you have updated the details in your document you can now print email and the system will ask you if you would like to store the document in a PDF format on this clients record. You can see in that screen shot on the bottom of the screen there are two document icon. If you click on either of those a message will ask you if you want to save/export that document to email or print.
